Barchester experiences EBITDAR Slide

Barchester Healthcare’s EBITDAR margin was slightly down for the year ending 31 December 2011 hitting 30.4% compared to the 31.3% posted for 2010. Depsite the fall, Barchester still posted a strong set of results with key performance indicators still significantly higer than other major care groups, indicating the private pay market remains robust compared to the challenging market for groups with high exposure to public pay.
