Capacity starts to grow in residential care home market

The residential care home sector for older and physically disabled people has entered a new phase in which capacity has started to grow again, driven by an ageing population, which local authorities have found it increasingly challenging to divert more older people with high care needs, according to the 27th edition of Laing’s Healthcare Market Review.
