Care England manifesto

Establishing an outcomes-based system of health and social care was top of Care England’s manifesto, which it wants the next government to adopt following the general election in May. It called on the incoming government to encourage genuine collaboration between providers and commissioners’ to create a situation where fees are set at a level that will enable vulnerable people properly. This would also allow providers to financially reward staff for delivering high quality care.
