Caretech has reported that capacity in its specialist care homes increased by 110 places during the year and occupancy levels at Caretechs mature estate have been maintained at around 92%. Occupancy across the entire portfolio was around 86% for the year. Overall, the company said it was pleased with its performance for the year ending 30 September 2012.
