CCMn meets Bupa Care Services director Oliver Thomas

Oliver Thomas has been director of Bupa’s UK care homes for almost two years, with responsibility for 305 nursing and residential homes. He joined the divisions management team in 1997 after holding a number of senior operational positions with the NHS.
