CHPI report claims private hospital patients put at risk

A report published by the Centre for Health and Public Interest has claimed that patients undergoing operations in private hospitals could be put at risk due to inadequate equipment, lack of intensive care beds, unsafe staffing arrangements and poor medical record-keeping.
