Councils prepare for Southern Cross worst care scenario

Northamptonshire, Norfolk, Suffolk and Cardiff councils are just a few of the local authorities which in the last month have held emergency meetings to investigate the impact of the country’s largest residential care group, Southern Cross, being placed into administration.
