Jenny McVinnie has been appointed hospital manager at Cygnet Hospital Bierley. Ms McVinnie graduated as a Registered Mental Health nurse from Manchester University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Nursing Degree. She has worked primarily in secure services within both the NHS and the independent sector.
