Dementia research to receive £millions to find cure or therapy

Global leaders have agreed to commit to identify a cure or a disease-modifying therapy for dementia by 2025. This pledge was backed by the leaders of the eight most powerful nations on Earth at the G8 summit on dementia to significantly increase’ the amount of money spent on dementia research and raise the number of people involved in clinical trials and studies on dementia.
