GHG sells two freeholds to demonstrate value

The PropCo owned by General Healthcare Group (GHG) has sold the freeholds of two of its hospitals in a bid to demonstrate the worth of its property ahead of its planned refinancing in 2013. The hospitals will continue to be operated by BMI Healthcare on the existing sale and leaseback terms, which remain unchanged.
