Healthcare property yields rise reports Knight Frank

Investment yields in healthcare property have risen, according to Knight Frank’s market update for spring 2015. The property consultants reported that a care home was leased to Care UK in Chelmsford for 4.75% and a portfolio sold close to 5%, all to UK institutional buyers.
