LNT Group has rebranded its construction arm as LNT Carehome Developments. Encompassing its Turn of Key and Turn of Key plus (which includes a package to get care homes up and running, for example, helping with its registration and providing training staff) businesses, chairman Lawrence Tomlinson said it made sense to bring everything together under one simple brand name’.
