MH services moving to indepedent sector – Nuffield

Analysis from Nuffield Trust has found that there has been a marked shift from NHS to independent sector community and mental health services in the past few years. One in five pounds spent by commissioners on community health services in 2012/13 was for care services provided by the independent sector – an increase of 34% in one year.
