Plymouth providers attack council

More than 30 care home providers may seek a judicial review to force Plymouth city council to increase its fee offer for 2012/13. The homes, which have joined forces under the banner of the Plymouth Care Providers Group, have enlisted David Collins Solicitors and written to the council threatening legal action if the fees are not reconsidered.
