Reform ‘must not lose momentum’ says LGA chair

Local Government Association (LGA) chairman Sir Merrick Cockell wrote to the main political parties last month urging them to adopt a funding model which caps the amount of risk individuals are exposed to and work with local government to ensure its successful implementation.
