Schroder to fund £28m development of Suffolk care homes

Schroder UK Property Fund (SPF) has announced it is to spend around £28m funding the development of five new care homes in Suffolk. The homes will form part of Care UK’s 25-year contract with Suffolk county council (CCMn November 2012) to provide ten new care homes and well-being centres.
