Service user satisfaction levels rise

Despite many examples of bad care being highlighted in the past 12 months, the number of people receiving services in England reporting their quality of life was either so good, it could not be better, or very good, rose from 28% to 29%. The number of people reporting the quality of their life was bad (6%), very bad or so bad it could not be worse (3%) in 2013-14 remained unchanged from the previous year.
