Property developer Galliard Homes has entered a partnership to build a six-acre retirement village providing 65 homes in Lower Shiplake, Oxfordshire. It is partnering with retirement living operator Probitas Developments and contractor O’Shea on the scheme, with plans to develop further villages in outer London and southern England.
