Midlands Care recruits Paddy Brice as managing director

Paddy Brice has been appointed as managing director of Midlands Care to help drive operational excellence, high standards of care, and sustainable growth.

Brice brings leadership experience from the care and retirement living sectors, having previously worked at CBRE, Opus Villages, Cinnamon Retirement Living and Bupa.

He joins Midlands Care as the organisation continues to expand its footprint. The provider of residential, nursing and specialist care services grew its portfolio in June with the acquisition of Linden Care Group and is supported by long-term partners including Barclays.
