Anchor Hanover has appointed Breyer Group and Fortem Solutions as its other strategic delivery partners in a ten-year contract worth £160m.
As reported this month, the housing and care provider signed ENGIE to two contracts worth £40m each covering properties in the North and South. Breyer has secured the East and Fortem will cover the West.
Each of the three contractors will work with Anchor Hanover to develop, plan and deliver annual programmes of work in line with its five-year investment strategy.
The programme of works, which is scheduled to start this month, aims to improve the condition of Anchor Hanover’s existing housing stock. It will also support and prioritise the needs of customers, by ensuring they are living in high quality, energy efficient and sustainable housing, in a safe environment.
Winston Williams, Anchor Hanover director of property, said: ‘We’re pleased to be working with three leading groups to help us deliver our Planned Asset Maintenance and Investment Programme. As a not-for-profit charitable organisation we reinvest the money we make into our retirement properties and care homes in order to provide the high quality services our customers want and expect.’
