Novacare rebrands to Netli

Novacare has rebranded to Netli and will now offer four separate services to support the care sector across the UK.

Its offering will cover workforce, CareJob.co, consulting and local authorities.

Its workforce service is an all-in-one recruitment platform built for the care sector, while CareJob.co is a dedicated jobs board in Scotland. The online portal serves as a single source, centralised hub for careers in care across the country.

Netli’s consulting program offers targeted research and one-to-one advice. Its local authorities platform assists care providers to tackle care sector issues, including recruitment, retention, digital transformation and data reporting.

Stephen Wilson, Netli chief executive and co-founder, said: ‘Since launching in 2017 when we were primarily focused on recruitment software, the overall value proposition of our company has grown so significantly that we wanted to rebrand to mark our enhanced offering. This fresh move celebrates the diversification of our innovative solutions portfolio, tailor-made for the care sector.’
