Radis Community Care to provide services at Dan Y Mynydd

Radis Community Care will be onsite provider of care services to residents at independent living development Dan Y Mynydd in Porth, Rhondda Cynon Taf.

The scheme has been developed in partnership between Rhondda Cynon Taf Council and housing, care and support provider Codi Group. The former Dan Y Mynydd Care Home site has been replaced with a four-storey development and has been designed to prioritise independence and community living for the over-50s.

Its 60 apartments have a double bedroom, fitted kitchen, a wheelchair accessible bathroom with non-slip flooring, telecare technology and solar electricity. Wider facilities include a dining area, hair salon, day care centre and activity room.

Radis Community Care will be onsite round-the-clock to provide services to residents as and when required.
