Alain Sockalingum was previously manager of a secure hospital in England that specialises in the assessment and treatment of adult mental health and learning disability patients. Mr Sockalingum trained as a learning disability and general nurse before moving into healthcare management. He has over 30 years’ experience in the healthcare sector and holds an MSC in Forensic Mental Health & Learning Disabilities from the University of Birmingham. August appointments
