Practice Plus Group strengthens PMI partnerships team

Practice Plus Group has expanded its PMI partnerships team with the appointments of Mirela Feliks and Jennifer Brown as partnerships account managers.

Feliks (pictured) joins with experience in healthcare finance, billing and operational delivery in the private sector. She will focus on supporting insurer and third-party relationships, alongside financial and operational coordination across PMI pathways.

Brown joins from a business development and consultant liaison background, with experience in PMI consultant onboarding and optimisation. She will support growth in private patient activity and consultant engagement across the network.

The appointments come as the organisation continues to expand its PMI offering and insurer partnerships activity across the UK. They join an established PMI partnerships team led by partnerships director Claire O’Neill, alongside Neil Brown, who leads enhancements to billing and coding processes to ensure transparency, accuracy and compliance across insurer claims, and Nathan Lang, who focuses on embedding consistent insurer-facing processes and strengthening commercial alignment across sites.
