Promotions at Apposite Capital-backed HCML

Apposite Capital-backed rehabilitation and case management provider HCML has announced three senior promotions as part of its leadership team.

Debbie Downham has been promoted to director of group clinical governance, Kate Barton becomes head of personal injury service development and Steve Barker takes on the role of head of personal injury operations.

Downham has over 36 years’ experience as a registered general nurse and has been with healthcare rm, part of the HCML Group, since 2005. Barton is a paramedic by background and has been with HCML for eight years having joined initially as a rehabilitation case manager in personal injury. Barker is an occupational therapist with over 25 years’ clinical and rehabilitation experience. Prior to his promotion, he was a specialist rehabilitation case manager at HCML.
