Ward Hadaway appoints two healthcare employment partners

Law firm Ward Hadaway has strengthened its healthcare employment practice with the appointment of partners Helen Badger and Gemma Lynch.

The pair join from Browne Jacobson, where they advised NHS trusts, independent healthcare providers and health technology businesses across England and Wales.

Badger advises public and independent healthcare organisations on complex employment matters, including workforce strategy, employee relations and litigation. She has particular expertise in supporting boards on high-value and sensitive employment issues.

Lynch specialises in employment tribunal claims and advises healthcare organisations on workforce issues arising from service redesign, organisational change and collaborative operating models.

The appointments expand Ward Hadaway’s healthcare employment team as NHS organisations continue to face workforce pressures and organisational change.
