LycaHealth, part of the multi-national Lyca Group, has acquired a majority stake in KIMS Hospital in Kent. Financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed but reports suggest LycaHealth paid up to £140m for the 72-bed hospital, which also operates a medical centre in Sevenoaks and orthopaedic clinics in Whitstable, Faversham and Ashford.
