Civica UK Limited, Civica’s wholly owned subsidiary, has acquired occupational health cloud software firm, Warwick International Computing Systems Limited.
The firm uses analytical tools to transform data into knowledge, allowing organisations to act with accuracy, enabling critical occupational health and health & safety services to be delivered effectively and efficiently.
Warwick International software is in use by 40 NHS Trusts, including University Hospital Southampton, NHS Foundation Trust and Stockport NHS Foundation Trust, extending Civica’s capability in health and care.
Warwick International will join the Health and Care division within Civica as its third acquisition of 2019 and tenth since 2018.
