Health Shield Wellbeing offers access to online menopause clinic

Health Shield Wellbeing has partnered with My Menopause Centre to offer optional menopause support as part of its Health Check service.

Under the partnership, the workplace health and wellbeing solutions provider’s Health Check customers will be able to access support through My Menopause Centre’s online menopause clinic.

The service includes access to a 45-minute consultation with a specialist nurse or doctor, delivered through a fast-track appointment. Consultations assess symptoms, goals and needs, with treatment plans developed on an individual basis. Ongoing support, including prescriptions, is available where required.

Health Shield Wellbeing said the addition is intended to support employers in preparing for upcoming legislative and action plan requirements, including those linked to the Employment Rights Act 2025, as well as addressing workforce wellbeing and retention.

Health Shield Wellbeing business manager Eve Comiskey (pictured) said: ‘We know employers want to be proactive when it comes to menopause support and workplace wellbeing. This partnership with My Menopause Centre allows us to strengthen our Health Check proposition and provide meaningful support that is embedded into an existing wellbeing framework, rather than a standalone add-on.’

Emma Lambourne, corporate partnerships manager at My Menopause Centre added: ‘Menopause support works best when it’s integrated into existing workplace health programmes, and this partnership ensures employers can proactively prepare for new legislation while offering personalised support to employees.’
