Temos will take over QHA Trent customers

Temos will take over from QHA Trent as the UK accreditation agency closes, due to the economy and Covid-19.

QHA Trent was a British organisation whose mission was to provide an expert led, evidence based, reasonably priced and transparent accreditation scheme for providers of healthcare services such as hospitals and clinics in the UK and internationally.

It was a fully independent holistic clinical accreditation scheme, operating for over a decade.

While competitors have entered the market or increased their activity, QHA Trent had not been pro-active for several years.

QHA has agreed a transition plan for QHA clients with German accreditation provider Temos, which is the recommended accreditation company to work with QHA’s clients. The Temos accreditation programmes are similar to QHA’s programmes regarding quality, content, and price.

To smooth the transition for QHA clients, QHA surveyors are invited to accompany Temos assessors to on-site visits and have the opportunity to become Temos assessors.

During the next few weeks, Temos representatives will be contacting QHA clients to plan the next steps ensuring continuity of ISQua/IEEA accreditation.

Founded in 2010, Temos accredits hospitals and clinics, dental services, IVF clinics, physical rehabilitation services, and eye care clinics as well as offering certification for medical travel agencies.
