Enara expands private pay provision

August Equity’s domiciliary care provider made four Enara Group bolt-on acquisitions this month. Based in South Wales, Angels Care Services delivers home care throughout Cardiff, Newport, Vale of Glamorgan and Rhondda Cynon Taff. Established in 2001, the agency specialises in providing home care to the elderly and those suffering from conditions such as Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. August Equity said the purchase, for an undisclosed sum, would strengthen Enara’s private pay division.
