Prevention a priority – Burstow says

Offering adult social care as a high dependency crisis service is unsustainable’, care minister Paul Burstow has argued. Speaking last month, he hinted that the contents of the much-delayed adult social care White Paper would focus on investing in preventative rather than remedial actions.
