London Clinic partners with Grosvenor Orthopaedic Partners

The London Clinic has partnered with Grosvenor Orthopaedic Partners in a deal expected to significantly increase orthopaedic activity.

The agreement will see 25 surgeons and consultants from the London-based group work in partnership with the hospital as it seeks to expand its orthopaedic services.

The London Clinic has refurbished its 20 Devonshire Place site to create a dedicated outpatient facility for the group, including ten consulting rooms and a treatment area.

Grosvenor Orthopaedic Partners comprises specialist orthopaedic surgeons and musculoskeletal consultants working across hip, knee, shoulder, elbow, hand and wrist, spine, foot and ankle, sports injuries, trauma, paediatrics and sarcoma care.

The organisations said the partnership would combine the group’s consultant-led services with The London Clinic’s facilities, multidisciplinary teams and support services, with the aim of developing patient pathways across treatment, rehabilitation and recovery.

The deal forms part of a wider strategy at The London Clinic to develop closer partnerships with consultants and clinical groups and increase clinician involvement in the development of its services.

The hospital has recently launched similar partnerships in haematology and oncology and said further agreements are planned before the end of 2026 and into 2027.

It said the changes are intended to align the interests of the hospital and its consultants more closely as it approaches its centenary in 2032, supporting its long-term clinical and financial sustainability.
