Grosvenor Health and Social Care strengthens its board of directors

Grosvenor Health and Social Care has appointed a chief financial officer and an advisor to its board of directors.

Sharon Roberts will be joining the provider as CFO from Horizon Care and Education Group, where she led its finance team since 2014. She has also been CFO at adult supported living provider Eden Futures Group.

Roberts, a chartered accountant and chartered company secretary, will lead Grosvenor’s financial development.

Jasvinder Devgon, who is a director and head of charities, education and welfare at a national high street bank, has been appointed as an advisor.

Darren Stapelberg, Grosvenor chief executive, said: ‘Sharon has an enviable track record, evidenced in the financial and strategic development of her previous business and I look forward to working with her on the next phase of Grosvenor HSC’s plans. Jasvinder will join our advisory board and no doubt add her vast experience and personal skills to our strategic direction.

‘These appointments bring with them a mixture of interpersonal skills, experiences and knowledge which makes our senior team and board even stronger, diverse and inclusive as we continue our expansion plans.’
